After many years' experience in the restaurant business, Rose and her team have set up their foodtruck so that they can offer their products all year round. Their aim is to introduce people to Lebanese gastronomy as the seasons go by. They are working to create an authentic offering that showcases top-quality products and introduces little-known traditional dishes.
