The Brussels Balkan Orchestra

From Brussels to the Balkans

The Brussels Balkan Orchestra was created in 2016 by Nicolas Hauzeur: violinist, teacher and promoter of the Balkan repertoire. The ensemble brings fifteen musicians all under the spell of this danceable music. On the occasion of Brosella XXS, the orchestra reinterprets mainly the traditional and folk repertoire. These were collected during their many musical travels and then rewritten in an orchestral version.
