No border between jazz and baroque with trumpeter Pauline Leblond

The Pauline Leblond double quartet is situated somewhere between Duke Ellington and Johann Sebastian Bach. This group of extremely talented musicians build bridges between jazz and baroque music, two different worlds that they nevertheless manage to combine in an original way. The Pauline Lebond double quartet consists of one jazz quartet: Pauline Leblond, Guillaume Gillain, Fil Caporali and Daniel Jonkers and one classical string quartet composed of Diede Verpoest, Julien Gillain, Marie Ghitta and Pierre Sutra. Together they play original compositions by trumpeter Pauline Leblond.
